I had a great time during my stay at Newpark Resort. The location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it super convenient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but I did run into an issue with the hot tub door that wasn't addressed in time. Overall, the exceptional customer service made my experience memorable, although I felt the price could be slightly high given the minor issues.
